Who we are

RIFITE is a real estate capital platform operated by Rise India Realty Advisors Private Limited ("RIFITE", "we", "us"). This policy applies to www.rifite.com, our social media pages, and the enquiry forms we run on them, including Facebook and Instagram lead forms.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address and city.
• Your answers on enquiry forms, such as the project you are interested in, budget range, purchase timeline, purpose of purchase and preferred time to call.
• Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you visit the website, such as browser type and pages requested.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry without asking you first.

• To respond to your enquiry and call or message you about it.
• To share information about the projects and opportunities you asked about, and to arrange site visits.
• To keep a record of our conversations so we do not ask you the same things twice.
• To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

• The developer of a project you enquired about, so that they can share project details, pricing or a site visit with you.
• Service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, customer relationship management and messaging providers, only to the extent they need it to provide their service.
• Authorities, when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update it.
• Delete it, or stop contacting you. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
• Address a complaint about how we handled your data.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not use advertising cookies. When you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta handles that form under its own privacy policy and passes your answers to us.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we limit access to the people who need it to respond to you.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
